the german police surely can find out whether the car is stolen or not. but its up to the netherlands police to get them the vin (vehicle identity number) or at least the license number (het kenteken van de nsu).
a nsu is actually not a car that is stolen usually. maybe the owner died or it has just been dumped somewhere. what do make you believe that it has been stolen?
